Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Robin ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Robin is a keyboard-first prompt management application for Mac that allows users to:

  • Store, organize, and version control prompts
  • Share prompts with the community
  • Insert prompts into various AI tools and applications
  • Collaborate with team members on prompt libraries

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service:

  • To violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • To transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • To share prompts that infringe on intellectual property rights

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of prompts you create
  • You grant us a license to store, display, and share your public content
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload
  • You may delete your content at any time

Community Content

  • Public prompts are available for community use
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others
  • We may remove content that violates these terms

Our Service

  • Robin and its original content are owned by us
  • Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without permission

Subscription and Payment Terms

Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

Paid Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice

Cancellation

Beta and Pre-Release Features

We may offer beta or pre-release features that:

  • Are provided for testing and feedback purposes
  • May not function as intended or may change significantly
  • Are offered without warranty or support guarantees
  • May be discontinued at any time

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robin from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
